Hey there! Happy almost Thursday to each of you. I know it has been about two months since I have posted, but to be honest, there hasn't been anything to really post about. I didn't want to take the time to write about the hard times we are having during this COVID19 quarantine because I thought it would have ended by now, but here we are. I know we all have been struggling in some type of way during the past two months with losing jobs, working long hours in the medical field or just having to social distance from our friends and family. I hope all of you are staying safe and know that we will somehow rebuild this world intentionally and sustainably, together.

Now that we have released all of the unhappy vibes, I wanted to share some happiness I've had in the past week! Last Thursday was my birthday and I have been in celebration mode! I didn't want to just sit at home on my birthday, so that morning I woke up super early and went to fly for three hours in Northwest Arkansas. It was a beautiful morning to be in the sky! Then when I got back home, Daniel had ordered me a cake and cupcakes from Community Bakery and had all my gifts wrapped. The cake was so delicious! It was chocolate with cookies and cream icing (Yumm)! On Friday, a lot of my friends and I all went to stay at a lake house in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The lake was so beautiful and the temperature was perfect enough to sit out on the balcony. I recommend this area if you are looking to get away from the city and want to enjoy a lake view. It was so nice to see my friends and catch up after being quarantined for so long. We stayed up there all weekend and took the boat and Sea-Doo's out, plus fished off the dock. I loved getting away from home and making great birthday memories. Aero enjoyed her time at the lake house as well! She was the life of the party!

I know many of us are having quarantine birthdays this year and I just don't want you to forget to make it special however you can. Don't let this pandemic get you down! Self care is important, especially on your day. Don't be afraid to eat five cupcakes or splurge on your favorite take-out. Times are tough right now, but it's important to celebrate you! I would love to hear how you are handling, living and enjoying your time during the quarantine. I think it's important to share these experiences in hopes to inspire others to find the good in each day!

Keep your head up and attack each day with a positive attitude! If you can, don't forget to support your local businesses, like Community Bakery, during this time. They need our help!

That's all for now & thank you so much for reading!

Love yourself xoxo
